Booking and Payment
5000NOK is to be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your spot. The remaining sum is due 60 days before departure. If joining less than 60 days before the trip starts, the entire sum must be paid when booking. Depending on how long before departure you sign up, a set fraction of the paid invoice is then considered a non-refundable deposit in accordance with the terms laid out below.
Cancellation
Refunds in case of cancellation of a trip by a participant(you) take place according to the following rules: If you cancel more than 60 days before departure, the deposit is forfeited. If canceled between 59 and 30 days before departure, 50% of the trip’s total amount is forfeited.If canceled less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the total sum of the trip is forfeited.
If the tour operator(me) have to cancel a trip however, e.g due to too few sign-ups, the traveler will be notified of this no later than 30 days before departure, and the amount can be transferred to a different trip or the entire amount paid will be refunded.
Travel insurance
You should have valid standard travel insurance before traveling. We recommend that this also covers cancellation.
